I should have my late model by then, I had a great time if I didn't break in the corr

Re: great time on the oval
How many plan to run 1/10th sliders this Friday. Some of Team Chubby members are trying to decide between the oval or running 1/8th off road Saturday.
Thanks Tim

Re: great time on the oval
Hope to have my oval car in by Thursday. Not a lot of time to build it but should still be ok. What Kv motors are everyone running on the oval sprints there.

I'm running a stock slash 4x4 with a late model body In the 1/8 stock class and a stock slash in the corr. I have a mamba max 5700kv I'm going to put in a slider when I get one.

Thanks, for now I'll be running a 4800 Kv Losi in a slider and didn't know if it would be enough of the track.

Re: great time on the oval
I've never set up a slider or owned one, the only reason i would use a 5700kv is because I already have one. It may be overkill for the track

Re: great time on the oval
The 5700 is what I would like to have, but a 17.5 and always running the right direction could be the winner.

17.5 brushless
i run a 17.5cause most tracks you go to have a limet 12t brush or 17.5 brushless and you dont destroy your ride if its not out of control

Almost forgot to ask, what are the class rules. We have Sliders, Custom Works Outlaws, and I think two have b3 converted. We were hoping they could run togeather and didn't know if there is a motor or tire limit.

Re: great time on the oval
i really don't think there is a limit yet. I think the corr is the only class with limits. They really havent had a slider class because there have not been that many show up, yet. I believe that if you show up with a truck and want to run together, Mike will not have a problem with it.

Re: great time on the oval
slider class is no limit on motor, no aggressive tread tires in all classes. Corr is regular corr truck rules.
